Do the apartments have a lake view?
TOP 120, TOP 121 and TOP 406 look out over Lake Wolfgang; TOP 503 on the top floor has a mountain view. All four have a balcony.
How many people can stay in each apartment?
TOP 120 and TOP 121 (35 m²) sleep up to two guests; TOP 406 and TOP 503 (70 m²) sleep up to four, with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area.
Are children welcome?
We welcome guests aged 14 and over. The apartments are designed for peace and relaxation.
Are pets allowed?
No, we are unable to accept pets.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, all four apartments have quiet air conditioning.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, fast Wi-Fi is included free of charge in all apartments.
How is the kitchen equipped?
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a Bora hob or Miele appliances and a bean-to-cup coffee machine. TOP 503 has a kitchen island, TOP 406 a Miele kitchen with plenty of worktop space.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, in every apartment. TOP 503 also has its own tumble dryer.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Check-in is self-service via a key box; you receive the details before arrival.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
If the calendar allows, gladly – just ask us beforehand.
Is there a reception?
No. The apartments are in a former hotel building on the edge of Strobl; the old lobby is no longer in use. You check in yourself, and the host is quick to reach by message and phone.
What is the building like?
The house is a former hotel: the façade, lobby and stairwell have not been modernised, while the apartments themselves have been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard. Many guests describe the contrast as part of the charm – we prefer to say so up front.
Is it quiet?
The apartments sit above the Wolfgangsee Straße. With the balcony door open you can hear traffic; with the door closed and the air conditioning running it is quiet at night. There is no nightlife nearby.
How far is the lake?
About 1 km to the lakeside promenade in Strobl – roughly 15 minutes on foot, downhill. The municipal lido is 1.9 km away, the Wasswiese natural beach 3.7 km.
Is there parking?
Yes, free of charge in the car park in front of the main entrance. There is no EV charging point. Bikes can be stored in the bike room inside the building.
Can I get there without a car?
Yes. Take the train to Salzburg main station, then Postbus 150 to Strobl bus station. From there it is about 1.5 km on foot (20 minutes) or a few minutes by taxi.
How far is Salzburg?
About 51 km, roughly 45 minutes by car via Fuschl and St. Gilgen. Salzburg Airport is about 57 km away.
Is there a lift?
Yes, up to the 4th floor. TOP 503 is on the 5th floor, so the last flight is by stairs. TOP 120 and 121 are on the 1st floor, TOP 406 on the 4th.
What is included in the price?
Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking. There are no hidden extra fees.
How can I pay?
By credit card or bank transfer when booking on our website. Payment is processed by the payment provider of our booking system, Guesty.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes, if you choose the “Free cancellation” rate. The “Non-refundable” rate is cheaper but cannot be cancelled. The exact deadlines are shown before you complete the booking.

Is the accommodation accessible?
The lift goes up to the 4th floor (so TOP 120, 121 and 406 can be reached without stairs), but the apartments are not certified as accessible. Please ask us in advance and we will check whether an apartment suits your needs.
